As part of our commitment to supporting academic excellence, we offer scholarships to deserving students based on their performance in the SPACE-CET. These scholarships are awarded according to the marks scored in the exam, providing financial assistance for various specialized programs.
About SPACE CET:
SPACE-CET leads the way in providing access to higher education in the specialized fields of Aviation, Defence Engineering, and Space Engineering. Conducted twice a year — in April and July — SPACE-CET opens doors to some of the most sought-after programs in these cutting-edge disciplines.
Application Guide
Admission will be based on the SPACE-CET 2026 Entrance Examination and the Personal Interaction (PI) score, as conducted by the Institute according to the prescribed schedule.

Eligibility
A. FOR INDIAN CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent examination in Science stream with Mathematics or Mathematics & Statistics subject (Minimum 45% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to the Reserved Category from Maharashtra State). OR Minimum 60% aggregate marks in any 3 years Engineering Diploma from State Government approved Institution/ board.
OR
- Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognized University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45%marks, in case of Backward class categories and person with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
B. FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY
- The student must have completed 12 years of schooling (equivalent to India’s Class 12/10+2 level).
Accepted educational boards include:
- IB (International Baccalaureate)
- Cambridge A-levels
- American High School Diploma
OR
- The qualification must be recognized as equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Foreign National Students
A student is eligible to apply as a Foreign National (FN) if he/she is a citizen of any country other than India & hold a foreign passport
CIWGC/CIWSEA Students
Children of Indians Working in Gulf Countries & Southeast Asian countries
The candidates whose parents are working in Gulf countries or Southeast Asian countries only are eligible under this category
OCI Students
A student is eligible to apply as OCI if he/she is granted with Overseas Citizenship of India and has an OCI card
NRI Students
The candidates whose parents or first-degree blood relatives work outside India (excluding Gulf and Southeast Asian Countries) are eligible to apply under the NRI Category.

SPACE Common Entrance Test (SPACE-CET) – Exam Pattern
The SPACE Common Entrance Test (SPACE-CET) is designed to assess students’ knowledge and aptitude in foundational science and mathematics subjects essential for admission into Defence Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, and Avionics Engineering.
